The price of any product and whether the product is available or not completely depends on the stock of the product. If any product or service is not available, DISCOVERBD.NET will notify you as soon as possible and suggest a similar or alternative product or refund the advance payment as per the refund policy. BY VISITING OUR WEBSITE DISCOVERBD.NET OR BY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE, YOU CONSENT TO SUGGEST SIMILAR OR ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS IF THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED DUE TO BUSINESS TYPE, NATURAL OR GLOBAL CONDITIONS, INCOMING STOCK OR SOLD OUT. Or the entire order may be canceled.

All our products are available online through DISCOVERBD.NET. Products may be in limited quantities, so our Return Policy will only process returns and exchanges.
DISCOVERBD.NET makes every effort to accurately display or describe all products on the site in terms of color, size or any other variation on the website and provide selection options. Then the color or size of the product may be different due to the user’s device settings, device model, OS region or color calibration. Therefore, DISCOVERBD.NET cannot guarantee that the actual product will look exactly like the product image shown on the site. If a product does not match the description on the website, you can return the product unused according to our Return and Replacement Policy. Furthermore, we reserve the right to limit the stock of any product or change price or description without notice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds
Most of our Products are without warranty and refunds, we test & check all the products before ship, and on the product page, there is an explicit mention of warranty or without warranty items. there is no refund, In some exceptional case, you can request for replacement or repair of the item by sending your products to us, and we will send it free of cost to you,
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Delivery Process
We deliver across Dhaka City by PaperFly Courier and nationwide by PaperFly or Sundarban Courier.
Deliveries work differently depending on where you want the item to be delivered and we help to get faster delivery.
Dhaka City
We deliver across Dhaka City by Paperfly most of the time and for a Few cases we do use PaperFly Courier and in general, delivery is done within 24-72 hours. If your order is over BDT 8,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free of cost. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered. Here is some timing for your kind reference-
Inside Dhaka
In general, we do deliver the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case, we will update by email or over a phone call.
Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver to all major cities across the country via Different Courier Services; an estimated delivery date is provided when you check out. Most national orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry, we will keep you posted from time to time to give you the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.
Note Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatch on the same day [if the order is placed and gets confirmed before 1 PM]. If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
